To send a job invite on PopBookings, follow these easy steps.
To send a job invite on PopBookings, follow the below steps:
- Log in at agency.popbookings.com
- Click the job you want to invite talent to from the event list or create a new event.
- Click "Talent Booking" at top of screen.
- Hit "Invite Staff" button or blue plus button.
- Ensure filters are set to your liking at the top of the list. (Default is showing within 25 miles or KM)
- Choose "Select All" to send to everyone who fits your search or individually select candidates from the list by hitting "Select" below their name.
- Hit the "Send Invites" button to send invite to selected talent!
- Done!
WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
The talent get an email, sms text message, and app alert. From the notification alert, they can apply to the job and you can book them following these steps.
WHAT IF I KNOW THEY ARE AVAILABLE AND WANT TO SKIP THE INVITE TO BOOK THEM?
In order to skip the ivite process to send a person a booking notification instead - follow the above steps, but hit the drop down on the invite button on step #7 to change it to "Mark available." 
Then follow these steps to book talent.
