# How to copy an event report or recap on PopBookings?

## This article explains how you can copy your event reports on PopBookings.

To copy or duplicate an existing report on PopBookings, follow these steps. 

1. Log in at agency.popbookings.com
2. Go to "More" at the top of your screen
3. Click "Reports"

4. Click the pencil icon next to the report you wish to duplicate

5. Click "Copy Report" at the top right of your screen.

   This will make an exact copy of your report.
6. Click "Save Report" button when done.

To edit any of the fields on the report, hove over the field to access the pencil icon for the edit option.
