To manually add talent to an event, follow these easy steps.
You can manually add talent in your past hires or talent database by follow these steps:
- Log into PopBookings (agency.popbookings.com)
- Click the event you want to add talent to.
- Make sure you are in the "Talent Booking" section on the event.
- Either click "Invite Talent" or the blue plus button on screen.
- Hit "Select" under the talent you want to add
- Click the dropdown on the "Send Invites" button, click "Mark Available"
- Click the green button when it says "Mark Available"
- Drag-and-drop talent into the shift(s) you ant to book them for.
- Click blue "Save & Confirm Booking" button at the bottom of your screen.
- Confirm from pop up
- Done!
