How do I manually add talent to an event?

To manually add talent to an event, follow these easy steps.

You can manually add talent in your past hires or talent database by follow these steps: 

  1. Log into PopBookings (agency.popbookings.com)
  2. Click the event you want to add talent to.
  3. Make sure you are in the "Talent Booking" section on the event.
  4. Either click "Invite Talent" or the blue plus button on screen.
  5. Hit "Select" under the talent you want to add 
  6. Click the dropdown on the "Send Invites" button, click "Mark Available" 
  7. Click the green button when it says "Mark Available"
  8. Drag-and-drop talent into the shift(s) you ant to book them for.
  9. Click blue "Save & Confirm Booking" button at the bottom of your screen.
  10. Confirm from pop up
  11. Done!
