      How can I export payments data to a CSV?

      To download your payments data to a .csv on PopBookings, follow these easy steps.

      Your payment history can be exported as a CSV for reporting and payment reconciliation. To export your payment history, follow the below steps:

      On the website:

      1. Log in to popbookings.com/signin/.
      2. Click Payments.
      3. Under Payment History, click CSV below the download icon.

      4. Done!

      The date listed on the payment is the date the payment was initiated on PopBookings. Depending on how your bank processes direct deposit payments, it will arrive in your bank account within approximately 2-3 business days.

       

      NOTE: Not all agencies use the PopBookings payment engine. If you are curious as to the status to your payment, you can contact your agency directly for details.
