Support event specific questions on invites

Is there any way to be able to "add a question or two of our choice" that people have to answer BEFORE applying for a shift? Say we have a special event where people need to be available ALL 3 days to qualify, and even if we write that in the details, there will still be multiple people who "apply" for the event and all days within the event when they are NOT available for the entire thing.... then we send the candidate link to the client and they pick a couple people they like best, and turns out those people weren't available all days and only some of the days. Then we have to go back to the client and explain which makes them mad and makes us look bad since those people shouldn't have been included in the candidate link in the first place. What if when sending out the invite, you could add a question that says "Please confirm you're available all 3 days for this shift" once they hit the "Apply" button. Or "Please confirm you're willing to work this event WITHOUT additional travel money".
