Expanding number of profiles displayed per page - send more invites

Agency would like to be able to expand the profiles per page to up to 1000 as right now the limit is 500, they have instances where they need to send invites to a large metro area and right now they are forced to do that in multiple batches as they have more than 500.

  Along the lines of this, we find that anytime we send upwards of 200 invites at a time, the system has a lengthy delay and/or freezes.  Notification of sent invite sometimes does not display so it's a mystery whether or not the invites were successfully sent!
