How do I view documents attached to a job?

Sometimes a job will have important documents attached including product briefs, sample set up pictures or other documents necessary to complete the event. Reviewing these documents before you work a job is crucial to come prepared for work.

How to View Job Documents

To view a document, follow the below steps:

1. Open your app or log in at app.popbookings.com.
2. Go to Bookings.
3. Once you've confirmed your booking, you will be able to view and click the DOCUMENTS button at the bottom of the app or in the right column on the web.
   • Mobile App:   
   • Web App: 
4. Click on the document you wish to view.*

*If there are no documents to be viewed, there will be nothing to show under the documents section on a booking.
