How do I respond to a job invite?

Congratulations! You've been invited to apply to a job on PopBookings. Now it's time to submit your application.

How to Respond to a Job Invite

Follow the below steps to respond to a direct invite:

If you are interested in working the job:

1. Click into the Job Invite from the Job Board.
2. Hit Apply.
3. Select the days you are available.
4. Select the shifts you are available to work.
5. Confirm your selections. 
6. Hit Apply button.

NOTE: Hitting "Apply" does not mean you are booked yet. If you are selected to work the job, you will receive a separate booking notification on the app and in your email.

Questions on the status of your application?
Navigate to your "Bookings" page on your account. If your application is pending, it will appear under "Pending." If you have been selected to work, it will appear under "Booked."

If you are not interested in working the job:

1. Click into the job invite from the Job Board.
2. Hit No, Thanks. 

Pro Tip: Responding to job invites regardless of your interest in the job helps your response rate. This rating helps show hiring agencies you are going to be a good communicator on a tight timeline for event bookings.
