Code of Conduct for Talent Users on PopBookings

This article outlines our code of conduct for our talent users on PopBookings.

To ensure a professional and respectful work environment for all users of the PopBookings platform, we require adherence to the following standards:

  • Work Only Assigned Jobs: You may only work events that appear in your Bookings tab within the PopBookings app. Bypassing the platform to obtain work (also known as "circumvention") is strictly prohibited.

  • Cancellations & Fees: If you cancel a confirmed shift, you may be subject to a cancellation fee and/or temporary suspension. Consistent cancellations may result in removal from the platform. Read more about the Talent Cancellation Policy here.
  • Payment Inquiries: Please do not contact event managers regarding your pay. If you have questions about your payment schedule or method, contact PopBookings support directly.

  • Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. The use of profanity, inappropriate, harassing or disrespectful language in communications with PopBookings staff, event managers, or anyone associated with your assignments will not be tolerated.

  • No Tag-Alongs – Only scheduled workers are allowed on site. Don’t bring friends, family, or anyone else with you. Giving you a ride is fine - but they must leave before your shift starts.

  • Constructive feedback is welcome — frivolous complaints or negativity are not. Bring your best attitude. Complaints? Send them to PopBookings support, not your manager.”
  • No Late Arrivals: You must be on time for your shift. Being late disrupts the event and may lead to monetary penalties, disciplinary action or suspension from the platform.
  • Zero Tolerance for Illegal Activity: Any involvement in illegal activity while on the job — including drug or alcohol use, or theft — will result in immediate removal from the platform.

  • No Legal Threats: Making threats of legal action against PopBookings or our clients will result in immediate suspension of your PopBookings account. Access will only be reconsidered once the matter has been formally resolved or the threat rescinded in writing.
