This article outlines our cancellation policy for agencies and any company booking Recruit talent through the PopBookings app.

I’m an agency user. What penalties apply if I need to cancel a booking I have booked a Recruit for?
If a Recruit has not confirmed their booking, the agency can cancel at any time penalty-free.
Because cancellations disrupt staff's ability to find work and impact confidence in the PopBookings community, the following penalties will be applied for agency cancellations if the talent has confirmed the booking.
Cancellation fee. The following fee will be deducted from your first payout after a cancellation. (It depends n the situation on when penalties might be charged.)
- If the talent user cancels or no-shows the event, full refund.
- Less than 1 day (24 hours) before check-in, 50% will be deducted from your refunded payment.
- More than 1 day (24 hours) before check-in if not, 5% will be deducted from your refunded payment.
Can Talent Cancel?
Yes, talent can cancel, but they have strict penalties to their profile if they do. Learn more about talent cancellation policy here.
Unless there are extenuating circumstances, there will be no exceptions to our cancellation policy.
